IT Support is like Hiring a Babysitter

IT Support ,Computer, choose it companyI have been in the IT Support business since 1986 and I have seen a lot of changes. In the late 1980s I saw Artisoft LANtastic create millions of workstations in a peer-to-peer topology that enable very small businesses to create a shared network without having the large expense of a dedicated server. Back them, the challenge I faced was in teaching my potential customers the functionality and benefits of networking computers together and sharing hard drives and printers.

These days the challenge is in converting clients to the newest breakthrough in IT Support. Our Network Care service is a managed service solution that can reduce downtime by providing proactive patch management, data security and remote access. But getting a client to agree to our IT Support services is like hiring a babysitter. You don’t want to just hire someone off of the streets. So, we are finding that our best new clients are coming from people that already trust us and refer us to their friends and co-workers.
